So my life has been pretty crazy lately...

-Two weeks left of school...THANK YOU LORD!!! I'm dying here...please offer up all the prayers you can for me during the week of finals (Dec 6th-8th)
-Daniel is done with his Friday/Saturday class after this weekend...SOOO happy!!! It's been a bummer but I'm glad he did it and got it all done:)
-Daniel's graduation date is May 9th....sooooo happy!!!!!!
-Learned some very valuable lessons at clinicals the past couple of weeks
Lesson #1 NG TUBE and syringe filled with Barium...keep a tight hold of the syringe and tube while injecting the barium...I um...kind of learned this the hard way and had the privilege of squirting the patient, who was laying on the table, in the face and eye and all over me and all over the wall across from me....hahahaha Oh it was the most funnest thing ever...there I was with a milky white thick contrast covering my patient and everywhere else...I couldn't stop laughing...the patient was just laying there and I was laughing my head off...another student helped me get her all cleaned up and we just kept right on going:)
Lesson #2 Still keep a tight hold on the NG tube and syringe while sucking the stuff out of the patients stomach...it gets kind of messy!
Lesson #3 I HATE MORNINGS!!!!!!!-I got to scan my first patient with the CT...very very interesting, and I learned that they don't really shield you in CT because according to the physicist the radiation gets inside and is trapped and "bounces" around interacting again with the body..crazy huh?! It's amazing how fast and how much information you get out of a CT scan but I hate how much radiation it puts off...know you all don't really care but doctors will order CTs for the dumbest stuff so they don't run the risk of a lawsuit if they miss something. So say you go to the ER because you have a headache..you'll probably get a head CT...dumb
-Made some grilled chicken with the Zesty Italian Salad dressing....loved it...good stuff!
-My dog Kenzie got ran over and died...it was the most awful thing ever. I turned around right in time to see everything, OH I cried and cried my eyes out for the rest of the day...it's been pretty rough around the house not having Kenzie there, she was pretty much everyone's favorite...but she had to go to doggie heaven I guess. It was the sweetest thing, I was soooo upset and Daniel came up to the church school to make sure I was okay and to be with me....thank you Darling...meant a lot...
-Thanksgiving is next week, so hard to believe how fast this year zipped by...we're planning on having a yummy dinner, pretty excited bout it, and I get Wed and Thurs off...THANK YOU LORD!
-Got my Christmas list made up and ready to start shopping, I have it all planned out what to get everyone...
-Mom and Dad are coming home next week...can't wait...:) It's weird cause this time around I missed them the most...thanks Sis Gregg for the mom hugs:)
-Go check out my dads blog and look at all the work he's been doing in Cali...wow...it's pretty amazing...GOOD JOB DAD...you did amazing.......:)
-So Daniel's family took family pictures and I got to go and do jumping jacks behind Matt so Audrey would look at the camera:) Matt took some of Daniel and me...I like them..maybe when Matt lets me I show some to you and he will too:)
-Tulsa looks beautiful lately, the color of fall....I LOVE IT...it's my most favorite season:)
-I have discovered I have pure talent, I was doing some laundry and I was putting stuff in the dryer, well apparently I forgot I had left the cabinet door open I raised up and BAM, hit my head and bit my tounge at the same time...HARD..lol owie owie it hurt!
-Daniel is still amazing in case anyone was wondering...still makes my heart go pitter-patter all the faster when I think about him. :)
-I'm trying to get a part time seasonal job in retail for some extra money....savings...:) I have an interview next week.


So that's bout all the bits and pieces of my life that I can think of at this moment.:) no pictures which is what I like looking at the most but I haven't taken any lately..:(

-All the sweet little things he does for me...
-The highlight of my day is getting to see him or talk to him
-Love making him smile...:):):) even if it means my crazy antics..:)
-He's an WONDERFUL AMAZING MAN!!! Really and truely....

-Soooo proud of Mr. Blue Eyes...:) he sure has nice blue eyes...
